SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

We deliver all over the world with DHL.International shipping is free for your purchases of 350 USD or more.

We deliver in Turkey with MNG. Our shipments within Turkey are free.

 

We accept exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 7 days from the date you received your order only if your items are returned in the original packaging, including any signature packing materials. 

 

Before you can send your items back to us, you'll need to send an email to burcu@boobagistanbul.com.

 

You will then receive the instructions for return by email. Please Do not send back anything without contacting, because this may result in longer period of use and delays in refunds.

We offer free returns service, if you would like to return your purchase this will be at our expense. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping price for the returns.

We will email you when we receive your return and reimburse the purchase price of the returned items to the original payment card once we have approved the condition of the goods.

BooBagIstanbul is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside Turkey. However you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
